This style is specially designed for premature babies: no seams on the baby, Can be worn by mom or dad. For moms who have had a C section, the bottom of the garment can be easily folded. This garment is adjustable in width and height, so it is perfect for preemie babies (even very small babies) …and it is “One Size fits all”. The garment can be fitted and attached over the baby (no need to thread it up), so it can easily be placed on a mom with an I.V.
It is “hands-free” in half-lying or sitting position only.
The polyeter/cotton jersey in this garment is a thinner material and meant to be worn with a cardigan or under another garment for extra coverage.
Made in Canada. Patent pending. To breastfeed, simply lower the front or flip the shoulder strap. Wear it under a garment or as it is with a Basic Cummerbund# VM015P on belly.
